Craig Miszewski joined the Mini’s House Of Pain family in 2017 and is primarily responsible for youth athlete development and strength and conditioning programming.
A native of Upstate New York, Miszewski has been working professionally with athletes competing at every level since 2009. His previous professional experience includes assisting with University at Albany, Central Con. State University, Georgetown University, University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and UC Davis strength and conditioning departments.
Miszewski has worked with a variety of sports at the highest levels of NCAA competition including baseball, basketball, cross-country, football, golf, lacrosse, rowing, soccer, swimming & diving, track & field, tennis and volleyball.
Miszewski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2007 and a masters’ of education in Positive Coaching through the University of Missouri in 2017. He has earned credentials from the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association and the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
