Caitlin Ciardella was born and raised in South San Francisco and attended the University of Redlands in Southern California. At the University of Redlands, Caitlin played basketball all four years and earned The Iron Bulldog Award for elite performance in the classroom and unrivaled dedication to strength training and conditioning. After college, Caitlin went on to coach strength and conditioning at the University of California-Berkeley as well as San Jose State University.
In June of 2019, Caitlin relocated to El Dorado Hills, and started coaching at Mini’s House of Pain. Caitlin’s introduction to the strength and conditioning world happened as a result of rehabbing an injury.
During this period of time, Caitlin realized the importance of strength training and the overall lifestyle it enables individuals to create. It was then that it became a passion and a way of life for her and she looks forward to a bright future with her MHOP Family!
